The big news this week is obvs the flagpocalypse going on at tungle dot com, possibly sinking the whole thing.
It's not the town square that tungle is/was, but you may like that DW is a place that's more like a quiet corner pub, with regulars, fandom veterans sitting back and reminiscing about the old days, war stories about when our biggest drama was the author of our fandom attacking us for daring to write fanfic, reveling in fanworks, and encouraging new works.
