Reminds me a bit of Armand... the character of Peter Pan is similar to Armand. Running a coven of "children" who live according to his rules, wearing rags, living in an isolated place, their ranks closely guarded.
I won't spoil it for you, but I felt like the first third was promising, and then it sort of petered out (no pun intended, really!). I think a better scary Peter Pan should be written. Tori? Hmmmm? Maybe a far-into-the-future project.
